FAQ
How do I measure my window for curtains?
Measure window width and add 6-12 inches per side for proper coverage (so 36-inch window = 48-60 inch total rod length). For length, measure from the rod to where you want the panels to end — floor-length is typically 84" or 95"; window-length is 63".
Are these blackout curtains or light-filtering?
Most of our panels are light-filtering: they soften daylight but do not fully block sunrise or streetlight. Only panels explicitly labeled "blackout" are blackout-rated.
What rod diameter do these panels fit?
Rod-pocket panels fit rods up to 1.5 inches in diameter. Grommet panels (with the metal rings sewn in) fit rods up to 1.625 inches. Each product page lists the exact pocket / grommet inside diameter.
How do I wash the curtain panels?
Machine wash cold on gentle, tumble dry low, remove while slightly damp to avoid wrinkles. Iron on low if needed. Sheer and textured panels may shrink up to 2-3% on first wash — we pre-state shrinkage on each product page.
Do the panels come in pairs or singles?
Most listings are pairs (two panels for one standard window). Café and shorter kitchen panels are sometimes singles. Each product page says "set of 1" or "set of 2" clearly.
Will the panels arrive wrinkled?
Yes, expect light wrinkles from folding. Steam on low heat, or hang and let gravity smooth them over 24 hours. Iron on a low setting if needed — test a hidden corner first.
How long does shipping take?
2-5 business days processing, 3-7 business days in transit. Free U.S. Standard Shipping to all 50 states. No APO/FPO or international shipping.
Can I return curtains I've already washed?
Unwashed, unused panels in original packaging — yes, within 30 days. Once washed or ironed, panels are non-returnable. Damaged-in-shipping items — email a photo within 7 days for a free replacement.
